I finished Revenge of Shinobi with the hardest difficulty settings today. I found it to be pretty tricky.

Shadow Dancer is underrated. It takes the series back to the original formula of saving hostages, but you get to control a canine partner as well. You're also a one-hit-point wonder.

Nice. Shinobi 3 made good use of the Mega Drive's graphics and sound capabilitites, I'll give you that. It's a nice ride, but arcade style Shinobi and Shadow Dancer games are each one a journey.

I remember the first time I played I thought the game was absolute shit. Something that was graphically impressive at the time and boring to play. I'm glad I gave it a second chance. Kinda love it now.
