It was on Steam and GOG, but Herve's insatiable desire for jewery, total incompetency and being an irredeemable asshole in general forced it off all storefronts and it's extremely unlikely to return, unless Interplay actually manages to un-burn their bridges with Parallax and good fucking luck with that. It's a damn shame too.

Both of them are on GOG and 4 (at least 4, that I know) has modern multiplayer support. And 4 works perfectly with all modern computers that I've played it on. No real need for Steam version.
