Pretty much this. Although honestly, collecting everything in Demon's Crest isn't that big of a hassle, its only a bit longer then a 100% run in a game like Megaman X3, its just a lot harder of a game in general.

Haven't played GB or 2, but I'm going to pick them up. Theres an auction for 2 ending soon that I'm watching and GB is only like 10-20 bucks and I got my good old super gameboy.

It's a bit short anda little underwhelming, but it still is a very well-made late 3rd gen Capcom action/adventure. It's about on par with their Disney games from the same era. Not truly great like Mega Man 3, but very good nonetheless.

My favorite thing about them was how weird it was for it to be a semi-RPG where you're, I don't know, a monster and talking to other monsters. Unfortunately Demon's Crest did away with this and just went for a mode7 map to fly around on. Some pretty unique games, incredibly short though.

I bought my copy for 15 bucks from a reseller cause I needed some NES controllers, an extension cord and a set of SNES Power and av cables because I got an extra SNES deck in a bundle with an SNES advantage and 3rd party turbo controller (I only wanted the advantage).


Good game. 2 is better and Demon's Crest is the best. They're all good though.

More realistically (if they make it at all, that is) and knowing Capcom, I'd say, they'd make a good new game, it'd sell, and they they'd outsource a sequel due to the belief that the game is more popular in the West, so a Spanish developer known for racing game must make it or some shit like that.
