Also some freestyle stuff like HoMM/SimCity/Stronghold; maybe some Jagged Alliance 2.
It's not like I'm a huge fun of those but they are pretty inexhaustible in terms of replayability.

The original Darius, or better yet Darius extra.
No other game ever gave me such a sense of adventure and immersion, I love the way the Silver Hawk looks and feels, aiming bombs and getting power ups is endlessly satisfying and even after I completed every level it's still challenging in a non-infuriating way (unlike Darius 2, that game is just torture).
I haven't even played Darius Gaiden yet.

Darius Extra for the Mega Drive. It doesn't have triple screen or multiplayer, but graphics, sound and general feel are perfectly faithful to the original. There's also a lot of additional content, like an option that adds all the PCE bosses, a boss rush and two rebalanced modes, one of which was made specifically for the port.
