We've reached that point where companies have run out of mini console ideas but don't want to lose an easy revenue stream so they just start throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks.

Their “programmers” don’t want to figure out how to optimize an in house emulator to make those mini consoles on the cheap so they won’t happen until they can brute force it with a rasp pi version 12 a decade from now

A bit shorter, but consider that Americans have been demographically replaced by malnourished Central Americans. Average height used to be higher there a couple of decades ago.

Not at those prices lmao. Absolute max I'd pay for something like that is $100, and even then I'd have to really convince myself it's worth it over using an emulator for free. Hell I'd sooner drop a couple grand on the real thing. Because at least then it'd actually have the history behind it and I could be proud to add to my JP computer collection, instead of being some plastic toy that looks like the real thing.

the n64 and the saturn are vastly different, and more complex hardware compared to the n64.

by default, saturn emulation requires a SoC WAY more powerful than the one on the PSCMini, which so far, IS the strongest mini system for emulation.

and yet, theres still nothing on that power and a comparable pricepoint for mass prioduction.

if you want a saturn mini, you have to wait AT LEAST 5 years until the chip prices are low enough for it to be profitable.

>different genes
the genes are too similar to there being any difference that is reliably seen.
the height thing can be explained by the commercial break throught of korea on modern times like the old times of the japanese bubble, a 10000 people who are 1.80 can skew the height by 2 or 4 centimeters which is the thing you are seeing.

Anon, that's not a mini console. It's by a company that makes a line of novelty toys called "world's smallest toys", where the gimmick is that it's classic toys and board games shrunk down to an inch or two. A while back they started a new line of them called Tiniest Boardwalk Arcade, where the gimmick is that they're shrunk down arcade machines instead of toys.

They're meant to be cute novelties and little else.

N64 mini seems possible. Nintendo is already remanufacturing N64 controllers for switch online. They could tool the assembly line to make them cheaper.
Nintendo also has access to complete blueprints of N64 architecture, this is why they could emulate N64 on GameCube perfectly with increased performance even. They have the ability to create the most optimized N64 emulator ever. It’s why 360 could fucking emulate original Xbox. You wouldn’t need some beefy ARM like another anon said.

I did have this awful thing I can barely find pictures of though. I think I read about it in a magazine. I bought this an megaman x6 the same day at the mall. I can’t remember what store I bought it from though.
