We're hitting speeds previously unthought.

The wild thing is there's an entire series of games we just didn't get in America.

I don't like how this game made me feel stupid so I broke the disc in half by stomping on it and threw it out the window. not intelligent enough to me destroying you are you FUCKING stupid game

also "intelligent qube" looks like you should pronounce it "intelligent kwoob" so it's extra gay and stupid.

>>10110801
You really are retarded.

>> No.10110817

I had the demo as a kid and loved it. I used to comb the used sections of video games stores but I was never find to get a full copy of it. When I got a PC and discovered emulators I played all the way through it. It was always a game I held in high regard, the concept, the flow and the atmosphere are just great. What ruined all those things for me was finding out about the speed settings in the options. Anything above the default slow speed turns the whole game into an incoherent memorization mess.

Are the PS2 or PSP games worth playing?

>> No.10110834

>>10110817
yeah i also ragequit so many times, opened enulator to play, fell off the stage five times and closed the whole thing out of spite

but i think its a great game with unique, kinda creepy atmosphere

IQ Final is a bit better, but it doesn't have the same announcer so you don't get the PERFECT voice just right

>> No.10112696

Weird phrasing or bait aside, I had the demo version which lacks music. Just silence, the sound of running footsteps, and the booming, crushing sounds of the nightmare you're in.

Look at any YouTube comment section about the demo and you'll find people saying how much it scared them. I had the same experience.

That's depressing. Why did they go with the American name for the sequel? I thought it was called Kurushi in Japan and PAL territories

>> No.10113109

>>10113107
It was called IQ in Japan too.

>> No.10113118

>>10113109
Wonder why they went with Kurushi then. It sounds like a borrowed English word crush > kurushi

>> No.10113161

>>10113118
Probably has to do with how when a game would come out in PAL territories, it would be called the same thing in each territory, and Kurushi becomes more nonsensically universal than "Intelligent Qube".

I liked the demo without music and just the loud footsteps. Did they add music so it was so spoooky?

>> No.10113340

>>10113197
They added it so you weren't buying a game with half a full presentation at retail.

>> No.10113352

The name 'Intelligent Qube' is ridiculous. Notwithstanding the initial cringe of referring to oneself or one's work as 'intelligent', it proceeds to spell a four-letter word incorrectly in the title.

>> No.10113360

It's a fun little puzzle game. The real draw to it is the orchestral soundtrack that goes unnecessarily hard.
