The arcade game was a huge Japanese hit but less popular in the West. Nintendo can't reissue it either because it's a licensed game, although I'm sure they wish they could.

Looks like Popeye cabinets use same monitors as Donkey Kong, meaning that it does not have high resolution display and its lush graphics are actually interlaced, i.e. 480i.

Seems they want to retire her and all the AtGames stuff from the Pac-Man canon altogether but I'm surprised the new Pac-Man World remake is using an ugly version of Ms. Pac-Man rather than Pac-Marie.
