I go with King Koopa every time. Though really, there are only 4 cart types.
Mario and Luigi = most balanced
Princess and Yoshi = faster acceleration than mario and Luigi, slightly lower top speed, looser steering
Bowser and DK Jr. = fastest top speed, heavy karts that are hard to bump off the track, slowest acceleration, worst cornering
Koopa Troopa and Toad = fastest acceleration, best cornering. Slowest top speed, easiest to knock around the track.
