Apollo 13 - Hi Tech(SNES)
In the spirit of the cancelled Radio Flyer game, Hi Tech attempted to make an adventure game based off of Apollo 13. No screenshots exist, so I think they figured this was a non-starter early on.

Team NFL Heroes - Hi Tech(SNES?)
Was supposed to be a sports game based around the NFL's Team NFL Heroes promotion campaign that was running at the time. Can't find a screenshot or any other info.

Moto X - Trimark(SNES)
Like an upgraded version of Excitebike according to the review. Considered lost outside of screenshots until PIKO interactive got their hands on the completed prototype back in 2018. They've claimed to have gotten the rights to sell the game back in 2019, but still no sign of a release. May get released one day, status uncertain right now.

The Shadow - Ocean(SNES)
Ocean loved those movie licenses. Worked with The Addams Family right? Well, not so much here. A generic beat-em-up was created before getting the axe. Nazis getting a mention in Nintendo Power! A friendly movie license makes it safe I suppose; no need to replace them with a "Master State" led by a "Staatmeister" like in Wolfenstein 3D. Still, I think the game does display some Nazi flags (in the Last Crusade section maybe?) that conspicuously have big X shapes on them in place of full swastikas, or something like that. July 9912! Another possible cheater? I haven't tried to do the math or anything... I guess you could just crank up the speed or whatever (I forget how that works in that game) right at the start while your city is still tiny enough for the SNES to handle it well, and then leave the console running for a week or two, before finally expanding your city in the normal fashion. The trick to maxing out money in Monopoly is to keep the AI player alive. Every time you or the opponent goes around the board, another $200 gets added to the money in play. You both start with $1,500, meaning $3,000 is in play. So after 3 turns around the board, if neither player got caught in jail, there's another $1,200 in play. Apparently this game's final challenge is an autoscrolling section of sorts in which you basically stare at a gigantic, ever-growing picture of a tunnel for nine straight minutes. It's a Mode 7 effect I've never seen before! It doesn't entirely work, but the ambition is impressive. It's like the SNES version of that Sega Super Scaler technique.
