What are some games that have been unfairly given a bad name among retro gamers? Simon's Quest is an excellent example of this - it's an amazing game and the first major entry in the series to adopt the design style that would later partially bear its name: Willyvania

James was fucking never into video games, the sooner people get it through their heads the better. AVGN is a character. James autistically collects things from his childhood, including video games. His passion is making movies, the character of AVGN was a convenient outlet, nothing more.

Zelda II: The Adventure of Link is a fine game. Resident Evil Survivor is also good.

Simon's Quest was considered to be shit among gamers in the late 80s/early90s. People liked Zelda 2 well enough but it was vastly overshadowed by LTTP.
