The raptors are at that part of the game are immune to all weapons, including fucking rockets. You have to throw a specific kind of grenade to make the bones fall on them, but it's in very specific places. I shot the fuckers for 20 minutes and then spammed grenades on top of the bones and nothing worked. I had to watch this to figure it out.

I literally threw grenades on top of the bones until I ran out then reloaded a save. Nothing worked. There should have been some blinking arrows at the area you've gotta blow up or something. You struggled with something children had no problem figuring out to the point where you had to go watch a video tutorial on exactly what to do. You're not cut out for retro gaming, stick to modern titles that do all the hard brain stuff for you.

Have you considered, and this is gonna sound crazy, ACTUALLY TRYING THINGS? I mean I know you're a pathetic millennial retard baby who curls into an impotent ball the second things become even the slightest bit vague but if you actually gave an effort you'd find that most of these games don't really have that obtuse or even all that many recurring solutions. But, I guess just freezing like a deer in headlights and crying online is a good alternative.

This post nails it in the fucking head.
This is basically people giving up too fast. This isn't even about intelligence, it's about lack of patience and just giving up when minimally frustrated.
It's like those EPIC GAMERS that rage and toss their pads around or literally punch walls when they lose.

Someone mentions "people coming back after 20 years". Yeah that's easy to say but I bet the reality was more like they ragequit after half an hour or a couple playthroughs spread over a weekend or so, and in their head it's this epic battle that they SOMEHOW lost despite them GIVING THEIR ALL. Same shit as in school when some kid would start crying about failing a test because THEY TRIED SO HARD when under closer examination they spend the entire class being jackasses and not paying attention.
I'm starting to think the human race sucks at this patience thing.

You are seriously defending "These raptors, unlike every other enemy in the game up to this point, are completely impervious to every single weapon that worked just fine up until now because reasons" which is not good design by any stretch of the imagination. This is the kind of shit they put in games to sell strategy guides and magazines.

This would be like having a random zombie, exactly like every other zombie in RE, being completely immune to all weapons until you led it towards a cracked piece of floor and shot THAT. Or not explaining Sabin's blitz command against the Vargas fight at all.

Ever read Nintendo's rules for games developed for the NES and see the one about the game being consistent in its rules? This shitheap of a game is why.

>> No.6595319

>>6595206
Also it's funny you mention "random enemy immune to all weapons and you must shoot at a random thing to kill it", it's a common boss situation in a lot of western games that very few people ever complain about. All your equipment and firepower reduced to shooting some chandelier or some cables to destroy a helicopter or some shit.

Even 6yo me was already used to that being a thing that existed, and I'm not even someone remotely smart. You just are sore because a game bested you and you didn't have the guts to keep trying. If you give up that easily on a game, how can we expect you to not quit a stressful real life situation?
