Can someone post an analog stick sensitivity test for this along with one for the original DC controller so we can see if it's as much of a failure as their N64 controller was?

The N64 pad is fine though. Speed runners use them. It’s just smashtards that want to pretend like they play a competitive game that bitch

Ok? Again speed runners frequently use it. And N64 pads shit themselves unless you get an expensive fairly rare metal gate for them. It’s completely fine for normal play. That said while I have one I mainly use my GC controllers because they’re easier to replace and work well.

They don't, why is this your metric?

why do you keep repeating this lie?

you can make them last for like 1000 hours of gameplay with some silicone grease.

No, speedrunners don't use it. They hate the retro fighters pad as much as Smash players.

they also play the same shitty games over and over again to the point of insanity. Why would I care about the opinion of mentally ill crossdressers?

speedrunners don't use it, and attempting to discredit people who rely on precise controllers as part of their hobby as not knowledgeable because "they play games over and over" is laughably stupid.

The original DC analog stick is just a magnet attached to a stick + some hall sensors. Should be pretty easy to replicate.

>> No.6499090

>>6497387

I don't really know how to interpret that, is it the symmetry of the stick's hates?

That's the range of motion that the analog stick has, from the N64's perspective. That's probably not going to make games unplayable, but it is less authentic since you're not able to manipulate the analog stick exactly the way it was intended.
