It's not that high if it was I'd be rolling in money since I started collecting PC games around ten years ago to add to my already existing collection. I have various big box copies of Doom on CD and Floppy. I have a boxed Shareware copy of Star Craft. Boxed Dungeon Keeper 2. Spack Hulk. Wing Commander. X-Com and X-Com 2 Deep what ever. I have a shrink Wrapped Deus-Ex. I can't recall if my FF7 is shrink wrapped or the weird shapped one either. I don't know. I have a lot. I should probably start a jew tuber channel just based on my crap that I've collected.
