I once visited a game store hundreds of miles away from my home that had a copy of Superman 64 with both my first and last name sharpie'd onto it. I had never owned the game before or been to this town or store. I don't have the most common name in the world either. To this day I regret not buying it.

No, that'd be Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall.

Though "ugly, empty, boring" does describe a great many 5th gen console games in general.
