One of the system's top games for me... iirc it's a less-cute port of the arcade game Sega Ninja

Game Gear Shinobi 2 is kinda like this, although it's not one big connected level. GG Shinobis should not be overlooked, they are rather different from the Genesis and arcade games and nearly as good.
