The Guardian Legend was fantastic, and still holds up today. Think Compile Heart will use some of their Hyperdimension Neptunia money for a remake/sequel? I love the feeling of being trapped on a massive ship and having to fight your way out.

Guardian Legend will NEVER be republished because the holder of the IP has been bought and sold a dozen times since. At this point is debatable who even owns the IP.

More like Super C with TLoZ exploration with shootemup missions.

Probably one of the best games on the NES but it won't become something like >>2692873
TGL has a LOT of casual filters and other bad things among the game [the password being one of them, i doubt anyone will beat this in a single sitting]

That game was also a hybrid genre game, which means it combines two or more genres into one game and it had shoot em up sections, like TGL but it was kinda inferior to TGL in that sense, the game wasn't balanced around both sides of the gameplay, and it was also boring.
I don't want to talk about it more because its not retro.

The main character Neptune has a limit break where she turns into a fighter jet.

There is also the SeHa vs spinoff where she is turned into a motorcycle.
