Back in the late 90's, there was an ad for the Gameshark (PS1), I believe it was in a GameInformer edition. The ad was a Gameshark logo as a condom wrapper with one corner torn off. Below it read "Gameshark, play hard, you're covered."

I've never been able to find a picture of it, but it was pretty funny and raunchy.
