That's not how it works, the PSP is a great system, but yeah it doesn't have anything to do with GB modding.

Don't do it, OP.

I did two. One has clouded over time, condensation got between the screens and I'll have to take it apart to be able to see anything onscreen.

The other works fine but the frontlight being turned sideways to fit into the body makes for a really dodgy viewing angle. I mean seriously, you have to look straight at it and the fact you're looking through two plastic screens some distance apart before your eye reaches the actual display means it's like watching a 3d movie with a plastic bag for glasses.

It's really not worth it.

This is better than what can be achieved with an SP frontlight. Seriously, the SP frontlight mod is pretty dreadful. The only thing I can think to explain why its lousiness isn't talked about online is that the kind of people who usually frontlight a GBC are the kind of people who will play it for 5 minutes after finishing the mod and then put it away on a shelf and go make a mario sprite out of cereal boxes for tomorrow's Reddit post.

Strange. I used a Chinese front light as well, and mine turned out just as good as an official one. Some glare caused a bit of a brighter look on the right side, but trust me it's all uniform.
It's also cool to see someone else with a clear GBC.
