Hey guys. Do you have some good rpg\adventure games that you could advise me?
I think i'm younger than you all (20 years old) but i played many of this games at my cousin's house.
Once i reached high school, my cousin gave me "the secret of monkey island"; "full throttle"; "Grimm Fandango" and "Sam and Max"... He said: educate yourself. After that, my life changed completely, it was like loosing my virginity (i'm still a virgin tough) and i started to play all kind of 90's games. I've been a lot into the "Shinning force" rpg style and i want to try some adventure games again (like monkey island)...

Kings Quest 5 if you like hilarious death animations are harder adventure games. Its one of the worst ones actually but its still really fun to play imo

Anyways, try out Myst, it's a good classic puzzle adventure game.

Thank you, i'll give them a try. I really love hilarious death animations. I remember playing at my cousin's house the game "cat" and i couldn't stop laughing with all the flying mops kicking the cat's ass (when you are a kid everythings funny)

Check out the Quest for Glory series for an awesome hybrid of RPG and adventure game, combining the best aspects of the two together.

Betrayal at Krondor is a bit of a hybrid RPG/Adventure with great writing (even though the story isn't that good), also recommended for beginners since it's not too complex.

And definitely check out Simon the Sorcerer, a comedy/fantasy adventure that's a must-play for any LucasArts fan.
The Dig is another great LucasArts title.

you should check out the sega genesis version of beavis and butthead as well then as it is also an adventure game. Your gwar tickets get ripped up and you have to search all over town trying to find all the pieces.

Waxwork is a nice RPG/Adventure game. Combat isn't all that great (mostly just attack and hope the enemy dies before you do. But even with that I still really enjoyed it.

I love it. The only problem I have is that the combat fairly sucks (just keep clicking and hope you kill something before it kills you). However the story is really well done and I love the idea of teleporting to the past.
