Disguising it or keeping it secret is silly and difficult in modern day anon. I still think your idea is good. Faithfully remaster 1 & Tooie, and REMAKE non 3d games in that engine with redesigned obstacles. Get your faithful Kazooie game done right and then just burn through converting the series content into post-game content. Who is gonna complain if your GBA to 3d monstrosities are rushed when they represent a double "reaching Kanto in Gold/Silver" effect and outrageously generous postgame extras for newcomers
