If you're an English speaker it should be Bio-Hazard Battle. Crying is the Japanese name. Like Wings of Wor is the NA name while the JP name is Gynoug, probably even the European name as well.

yes sorry i should have been clearer it seems both bio-hazard battle and crying are the same game side by side at least on that video but the version i have is a completely different start

I feel this this the right thread to post about this:
When I was a kid I dreamed about this game but back then I actually never even heard about it. I've always remembered that dream for some reason but for a very long time, it was just a completely fake game my kid brain completely made up while dreaming. I learned about the actual, real game during the mid 10s and it was very strange how it was exactly what I imagined, especially the creature ships you play as

Could you have seen it in passing in a store like Funcoland or Toys 'r Us or something?

I'm a maple frog born in 91 so I've never even seen a Funcoland IRL but I don't remember seeing the game anywhere anyway

Gotcha maybe a friend's house or a used game store? That's the prime age to have embedded memories that might show up like that. Or you could be psychically linked to the game, and share it's fate, unless you confront the truth about the true Bio Hazard Battle before time runs out.

Sega was good at being creative at that time anyway. Or maybe I was more amazed because I was a kid but I dont see this type of creativity now, unless it's a metal album cover

Im not that into this anime generation though
