I don't get the hate on WD.

Their games are FUN to play. It's all that matters to me, video games are entertainment, nothing more.
If you want a super serious, no fun allowed story, go read some fucking Dickens or Balzac. Video games are meant to be fun, maybe you should try big boys books.

The only complaint I have with WD is when they fuck up the balance of the games, like Silhouette Mirage or Popful Mail. Other than that, they're a god-tier company to me.

Some people just don't understand the difference between a good translation and an accurate translation.

Hating on Woolsey is like hating on Chapman's Homer.

As long as there are no funky pointers, it's do-able, but don't be fooled because it requires both japanese skill, translation skills (unlike pic related), and romhacking skills (numbers of characters, line jumps, etc, otherwise it quickly looks like a mess).

I wish I wasn't lazy so that I would learn japanese... I just want to play Echo Night 2 ;_;
