Same, I first played Doom in winter of 1994, I was like 9 or so. Cacos in particular freaked me the fuck OUT. Like actually creepy and evil looking, this grotesque silently floating monstrosity smiling at me. When I would come up on one or god forbid a few it was wild shooting and aiming and being actually scared till i for away or killed it
