I know next to nothing about CRT tvs, other than that I used them a lot growing up. Was recently given this and figured it'd be worth dusting off my old PS1 for. What aspects of it should be looked at first?

Additionally, and forgive me if this is a stupid question - did CRT televisions always make this constant, barely audible noise when they're turned on? Because it's something I'd never noticed as a kid, but it straight up gave me a headache when this TV was powered on.
