Not that guy, but with action 11 you don't actually die: the level ends when you get to 1% hp. This is visible after Plutonia MAP11's trap exit.

There ARE ways to kill the player and end the level in vanilla Doom though, such as having him telefrag barrels that will inevitably kill both himself and an Icon of Sin. Scythe 1 and 2 do that.
