Kids like anthropomorphic animals and if they don't get the opportunity to develop normative sexual behaviors they sexualize elements of children's culture - then formerly lauded "global village" lets them find validation in any fool behavior so it only gets refined within those communities and ruins it if normal people look at it too closely. Presumably, soon everything will be like this i.e. "rule 34" and we'll just stop bothering to examine deviant behavior too closely - if we can keep the government from guaranteeing deviants the right to throw it in our faces anyway.
