Why do standalone emulators trigger you fucks so hard? With those its as simple as going into File -> Open ROM. I don't have to configure what core I have to use every time I want to play a fucking game or ROM hack. Hell Bizhawk and FinalBurn are way better multi-system emulators to use than the mess that is Shitroarch and Mednafag.
