It was definitely a single mod called something like Enhanced Heretic or Visual Heretic, someting like that.
Definitely not "brutal Heretic" or any of its derivatives, those are trash.


BTW there are a few Doom weapon mods that work fine with Heretic too. Unreal Tournament weapons is the one. Also Guncaster and Trailblaser, but those aren't up to everyones taste.


There's also Nevermore addon for Heretic+Trailblaser that is highly customisable and adds a lot of monster variants which you can tune appearance rates (or disable completely. Too bad its author abandoned it, leaving it Trailblaser dependant.

There also was some anon willing to make it independent from Trailblaser, but he disappeared as well.

Heya.
It seems that Nevermore addon guy has been inactive both here and on Zdoom forums for quite somne time.
Is it possible for anyone here to try and make the addon independant from Trailblazer?
