Every time I download a Sonic R rom and load it on to the Yabause emulator it always has
bad graphical issues

I don't get it. Rejig the stages a bit, replace the CPU characters with some badniks, maybe let you turn a bit faster when stationary, and you've basically got your actual 3D Sonic game. What were they fucking thinking?
