Normal people don't think about it until it's awkwardly framed to stand out too long on screen because, unlike reality, a human drew the kid's panties and made it noticeable for like 10 secs. It's a bit disingenuous to think the artists behind the act aren't degenerate but it's easier to just accept most people that isn't looking for it would just ignore it when it comes up or just forget about it or go to the extreme and just stop watching the thing associated with it. What isn't normal is actively sperging out over it, for it or against it, because in the end you're the only one here obsessing over it.
