I mean, I'm a millennial, and even I'm self aware about how shitty my generation can be, especially considering the irony that most people in general don't realize that they'll likely eventually grow up to be old people that don't understand what will be new and different in the future, millennials included. Civvie also responded to some dude on his Patreon about that one BLM charity in a sort of pretentious way that came off as "heh black lives matter, you dingus im epic B)))))" when he really should've just ignored it like anyone else would. Not to say anything about his views one way or the other, but regardless of what someone's political views are I can't help but roll my eyes every time because it just comes off as "I'm using my beliefs to make myself look like the good guy in this situation when I should just ignore dumb shit online like anyone else would." Even then, though, I still love Civvie's stuff and that take on scapegoating video games and violent media in general instead of tackling mental health/research for it cus of the former being easier to do in his latest video was honestly pretty good, especially considering how both conservatives and liberals are pulling that shit now, the latter being more recent by essentially saying "video games make people more nationalist for the USA and racist cus call of duty but it totally doesn't cause violence you guys," which is literally just as retarded as saying video games cause violence. And besides, at least Civvie's not Quinton Reviews.
