but how do i get that real 3d so aiming up and down doesnt make me barf again

Hello /vr/

i recently wanted to try the build engine games like Duke, Blood, Redneck Rampage and Ion Maiden
but the phenomenon i can only describe by pic related makes me barf the fuck out whenever i play it
That and (atleast when i started ion maiden) that i can't put the fov up to my sweet spot of around 130. Are there any settings i'm missing? Are there different engines/sourceports i can run these games in?

Please help a hopeless queasy quakefag out.
