It was a decent console, but the Nintendo IPs not putting out their best stuff, and the 3rd party support being so weak, really killed it, it didn't help that the gimmick wasn't all that useful for most. I mean, look at the Switch, it had the same IPs, but done better, more 3rd party support, and a gimmick that's actually good, and it's almost reaching the PS2 in sales. Nintendo needs to mess up BADLY for their stuff to not be a hit, I mean, just look at their handheld sales over the years. I genuinely see Nintendo dominating for a while, with Sony/Microsoft being so awful now.
