To be honest, he is a shitposter but he has a point: Many people gave up on nintendo because of the n64.
Back in the day most kids in high school and middle or even elementary school had ps1. I have no idea why on internet everyone says they had n64 and they barely mention the ps1. Seriously, before the internet I could swear for each 10 ps1 there would be 1 n64.
Somehow, after emulation and youtube "retrochannels" got popular everyone became a n64 kid.
Maybe it also has to do with the pic related.
