That's facebook marketplace, not google. I searched for "sony TV" and this is the "items you might like" algorithm at work. I was specifically looking at this in response to the obscene prices PVM and BVMs have reached which is silly when people are giving away televisions with functionally equal performance for what people are doing with those PVMs.

Using an SNES of any type to demonstrate the potential of a video signal is idiotic. Whether it is RGB or S-video or Composite. The SNES has poor video output across the board.

A PC or a good blu-ray player would be much more demonstrative of the capability of the signal format.

You can connect a both a SNES and a gamecube running Snes9x GX via s-video and see a huge increase in quality from the gamecube.

When I say S-video is fine I mean the top end of the format. The route to get there is up to you.

Final note and reminder: you don't look at your video screen from 2 inches away when you're playing.
