Halo 2 custom game lobbies were finally added to MCC. Will you be playing?

What was with all that werid stuff that was going on with halo2. Where you needed a modded xbox. And the guns would shoot all crazy and you could fly and stuff. And have crazy modded vehicles and ships.
Maybe they had other hacks too.
I never got to experience that stuff. Because i didnt have money back then. I remember alot of YouTube videos about it back then. Do those videos still exist ?. Cant find anything about it now. Or what was going on with that back then ?
Could the people with modded xboxes and crazy hacks play against each other online? Or was it a lan thing?. I dont think they could bring their hacks into games with people with vanilla halos.

It was just Halo 1 with like two more aliens to shoot at, a laser sword and two "bosses" instead one or whatever the first game had.
