Haha, that's probably a reference to the back cover of the Keio 1 manual, that has Rami disappointed with her tits compared to the other girls.

Note for the translator, the playboy bunny is Rami-chan (蘭未ちゃん), and the other girl is one of the seven gods of good fortune, a servant of Dr. Pon, uuuh, and I don't think her name was ever officially romanized. The US manual of the first game does not mention it for sure, nor does the JP manual for the second game, so I have no idea what is her name or how to even read the kanji for it.
