What, you actually want to save the waifu? Enjoy missing out on the single best companion of the game. You should have let her die, it's the objectively correct choice. It doesn't even affect her opinion of you at all, she still falls in love with the guy who said "meh. Don't wanna" when it looked like he was the only one who could obtain the antidote.
