Don't fall for the "The PSP is still relevant in 2020" meme.

While I will admit it's still a quick and easy light weight handheld solution that is decent enough for PSP and PSX games but the stand alone emulation is completely antiquated at this point. Most games worth playing don't run well or at all, there is tons of ghosting on the 1000/2000 models and the interlaced video of the 3000 is just a different kind of bad. There are even tons of concessions when dealing with regular PSX emulation. Not enough buttons, compatibility/freezing issues on some games, converting memory cards is a pain in the ass, there is no save state support (PSP games have it by using an ELF) and there are no graphical enhancements. Its time to move on.
