Does anybody look at this and think, "this was the beginning of the end"? You get a room full of people with similar interests, but they all sit with their backs to each other, and pay money to be immersed in a game. Fast forward 40 years, and we're all technozombies who think discord is social interaction.
I know this is /vr/ and those arcades were kino, but looking at this picture just kills the illusion somehow.
