Nta but it's just Yatterman. Not even just vaguely but blatantly. They didn't stop at "just copy the Doronbo Gang in dynamic in personality like everything in Japan fucking does until the end of time because they love that trio so goddamn much", Roll is blatantly Ai-chan down to even her looks. Data is Omochama. The only one that isn't really a 1:1 is Megaman himself because he's not quite Gan but he's pretty damn close.
I've seen this anime before Capcom, it's good, but why couldn't you make your own characters instead of lifting them wholesale from one of the most iconic anime of the 70s and calling it a day?
