Someone please shill me an inline power switch that doesn't have a voltage drop
I'm tired of either just leaving it on 24/7 or having to unplug it every time.
I have the USB hub that gets power from USB

This.
I just bought a second DE10. Whether I use it in an arcade setup down the track, as part of a scaling solution, another project, or just as a backup if mine dies, whatever- better to get one now if you think you might need or want another.

And this is why. It's an entry-level FPGA development learning platform, and the cost is subsidised (previously to a much greater extent) by Intel on the basis of supplying it as a learning tool.
But Intel + Terasic both know now that it's being used by nerds to play old video games, so Intel have less incentive to subsidise the cost. Yeah more people are using it, and more might become devs who could go on to use their much more expensive FPGA platforms with umpteen times the number of logic units, but word-of-mouth is now doing the job their selling-boards-at-a-loss plan was previously.
Give it a year or two more of this chip shortage shit, and you'll be lucky if the DE10 is sold at cost price.
