There's a big red wire that goes into the top of the tube. Avoid touching it at all costs. Even if the TV hasn't been powered on forever, assume it's still gonna kill you until you discharge it.

Leave it uplugged for a few days if you are nervous, this is a good prevention step. Create a long screwdriver with a wire attached to it. Ground the wire and stick the screwdriver under the back of the suction cup on the TV. It should be discharged after this.
