I had to look up a hint to help for this level, turns out you have to kill the bottom rock at the top right and let the one above stand to where it should spawn, so that it spawns elsewhere
I knew this was a thing with crates but I wouldn't have guessed it to work with anymore enemy. Also I kinda hate this rule to begin with because it works on some level and on most others it doesn't and there is no reason why so it's completely arbritary. It's the second time this "exception mechanic" gets me stuck.

After that it's been smooth sailing so far
