>unnecessary CD add-on

>had a failed run as a gaming system
>made Atari pull bet it all on it
>inspired sega to make the 32X
>made a cd-add on despite not being succesful
>bought by hasbro and ended up open sourcing the platform
>the makers went to make the Nuon which was even more of a failure
>used the molds to make dental equipment
>used as the basics of the Coleco Chameleon which turned out the be a huge scam

Japanese developers > Western developers

Why? The Atari Jaguar is what happens when you have absolutely no Japanese support.
