Remind me why people play S and not SuperS again?
I remember people saying SuperS was broken, but if S is just as broken then I don't get it.
Also, what's the story for Sailor Moon S getting so big with western players? I don't remember people even knowing about it some years ago, then I start seeing people talking about it and having discord servers dedicated to it, and now it's being played at EVO... how did it all start?

Sailor Moon got a bunch of good games.
The arcade beat 'em up is good, and the beat 'em up on Genesis and SNES is also pretty fun.
Sailor Moon S and SuperS fighting games are really good.
Another Story RPG is also well regarded, got a fan translation a long while ago like DBZ SSD.

The SFC version of the beat 'em up has more levels doesn't it? Anyway I also grew up with the MD version and I love it. Pretty comfy game.

However, I think the actual best SM game I played was the SuperS fighting game on SFC.

I still haven't played Another Story though.

Been playing Sailor Moon Super S on SNES lately. I actually played this as a kid but I haven't played it in years. It surprisingly holds up pretty well, it's a fun fighting game.

Other anime fighting games I really like are DBZ Super Butouden 2, Gundam W Endless Duel and Yu Yu Hakusho Makyou Toitsusen
