In particular, in the Serious Sam Revolution folder (which you have if you own either classic title on Steam) go to the Help directory to find a fuckload of tutorials and tips for working with Serious Editor 1. There is also a tutorial series on moddb:

AND I have a whole collection of obscure tutorials from a decade or so ago that I don't remember where I got them. I'll upload them somewhere if I remember tomorrow. There's a true wealth of documentation for Serious Editor, it's just a touch too complicated for the majority of people.
