This might sound like a weird question but here goes anyway:

Are there any 'infamous' WADs out there that are suspected/confirmed to induce some unpleasant symptoms on the player? Such as via audio or strobing effects, particularly nasty jump scare, anything of that sort. I'm just starting my journey down DOOM mods and I'd like to know if there are any particular dick wads (no pun intended) I should steer clear of.
