No, but my camera lens and sensor density require that images look like this to be clear.
Pictured: two different 1chip SNESes I've had. Can't make sweeping generalizations about the SNES without seeing more than one.

You are wrong. Blue would not appear black because of camera focus, and I was shooting manual exposure.
