Are you just saying that retro is better and then reduce the arguments to generic "they used to care", "muh microtransactions" and "soul/soulless" and when they talk about newer games you've got nothing to add but to call them shit?
In my group everyone knows that I prefer older games and no one got a problem with it and they all play shit like yearly AssCreeds and latest AAA Sony game, the only clash I've had with them is saying that The Witcher 3 is the worst Witcher game. At least they know where I am coming from and that I know what I'm talking about.
